Exchange

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If for some reason you are not happy with your products, please contact us in writing to hello@eclecticboogaloo.com.au within 7 days of delivery.  We will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your email, during business hours (Monday to Friday).

No goods can be returned without prior written approval from Eclectic Boogaloo.

Goods must be returned securely wrapped at your own risk and at your own cost, within 14 days of delivery.

Please mail the goods back to Eclectic Boogaloo using signature on delivery as Eclectic Boogaloo will not be liable for any goods lost during transit on the return journey.  If we do not receive the returned goods, we will not be able to process your return.  In addition, all items returned must be intact and in saleable condition.

In the case of furniture, please contact us at hello@eclecticboogaloo.com.au to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver to our Moorabbin warehouse.

If you are returning your item because you have changed your mind you will be eligible to exchange your product.  We strive to ensure the product image on Our website is colour matched but due to the colour settings on individual computer devices there may be variances.  Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and will be eligible for an exchange.

Please note, there are no Exchanges for SALE items.

Returns

In the situation, where the item is faulty you are eligible for a refund.

If the goods have been deemed faulty, you will be eligible for a full refund, including the return postage costs.  Please allow up to 7 business days, from the time we receive the returned goods to process the refund.
