It was Colonel Mustard in the Dining Room.

This is a pair of lovingly restored Victorian style balloon back chairs. They’ve been taken apart, sanded down and painted coal black using Fusion Mineral paint. Warm gold gilding wax has been sparsely applied to bring out the tones of the mustard velvet fabric.

These chairs have been stripped back and rebuilt using traditional upholstery techniques and are primed ready for use in a grand dining room.
